Marina Berth Precincts
The Copper Cove Marina complex, comprises essentially of two separate marinas – Commercial and Recreational.
The Commercial, lies within the breakwaters and adjacent the entrance channel, and provides secure, heavy duty, mooring, for commercial vessels up to 20 metres. Commercial berths are currently unavailable to lease, please enquire using the form below for next release. Current tenants include prawn and crab boats and other vessels.
The Recreational, lies within the inner Harbour, and provides safe protected mooring for recreational vessels with berths ranging in size from 10m - 17.5m. Recreational berths are available for sale but currently unavailable for short term rental.
As demand increases, future expansion plans may allow for further recreational berths in front of the tavern and apartment complexes, including short stay for visiting crafts.
Entrance to the marina is opposite 16 Inverness Way.

One of the most critical components of any marina facility is the marine environment. At Copper Cove we are committed to maintaining a pristine marine environment, and as such, have begun the process of having Copper Cove Certified as a clean marina.
The Clean Marina Program is an international, voluntary accreditation system for marinas, yacht clubs, boat clubs, slips, boatyards and associated industry operators. The Clean Marina Program has been developed to support marine industries in its endeavours to protect our coastal and inland waterways.
